Starting with a topic
The structure of Foundations21 lends itself to a topic-led preaching programme. You could consider the overall theme of a Room during a month, with the titles/themes of the four Pathways within that Room providing the focus for each Sunday sermon or talk.
For example:
Room 1
Theme: Jesus
Pathway titles: • Teacher of the faithful • The Light of Christ • The Son of Man • Spirit-filled Servant
The Waymarkers provide a wealth of inspiration and information for the preacher, who in turn could encourage members of the congregation to go to Foundations21 to explore the theme further during the following week.
