I am having difficulty logging in

Ask yourself: is there is any way that you could have mistyped your username or password! Please note Usernames and Passwords are not case sensitive BUT there should be no spaces.

1. If this is the FIRST time you have logged in, we suggest you wait five minutes and try again.  It is just possible the site is busy or still processing your registration. While you are waiting, right click on the page and select 'Refresh'. If you have logged in successfully before, go to 2.

2. The next step is to shut down your computer completely and then start it up again. So choose Shut down, not just restart.

3. Now open the Log in page. (www.foundations21.net
).  Once the Log in page is up, REFRESH the page. Do this by right clicking on the page and clicking on 'Refresh'. This is an important step.

4. Enter your Username and Password. If you still get the message: 'Login failure' you have 2 more options - A  and B.

A.  Internet Explorer may be set to save copies of recently used pages so that they load more quickly when you view them again. If you get the log out page associated with logging in, that page may keep coming up whenever you log in. It is easily removed by deleting the contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder,  by following this procedure.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista
1.Click the Start button
2. Click Control Panel, click Network and Internet, and then click Internet Options.
3.Click the General tab, and then click Delete under Browsing history.
4.Click Delete all, click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information, and then click OK.

Earlier versions of Windows
- Close down all your internet windows
- Go to Start and Control Panel,- Click on Internet Options.

- Under Temporary Files, click on Delete Files - Check the box Delete all offline content and click OK.

- This will delete pages which are temporarily stored
- An hourglass will come up. It may take a few minutes to complete the process.
- When it has finished, close the window and open up a new Internet explorer page.
- Try logging in again.

B. If you still cannot log in, go to www. foundations21.net in your browser and you will come to Login page. Don't try and log in. Click on 'Forgotten your Username and Password', on the Login Page, just under the two blank spaces for Username and Password.

You will be asked to put in the email address which you gave when you first registered. (If you have changed it since and can't remember the old one, email us -address below.)

A new password will be sent to that email address.  This Password should allow you to Log in successfully.

(If it does not, email us at foundations21@brf.org.uk)

You can change back to your original Password by going to My Story in the top menu bar, and select My Details in the drop down menu/ select Change password and follow the instructions.

If you get stuck, send an e-mail outlining the problem to: foundations21@brf.org.uk
