Type your email address in the box. Important. This must be the email you have registered with Foundations21.
You will receive an email (at the above address) with your Username and a new Password.
Use these to log in to Foundations21.
Once you have logged in you can change your Password to something you prefer. Go to My Story in the top menu bar, select My Details, and click on Change Password. Don't forget to click on Update when you have finished.
